self-paced online course
routinely woke feeling refreshed?
could ditch that 'feeling of impending doom?
didn't feel like crashing out late afternoon?
could eliminate that niggling back ache that physion doesn't shift?
rediscovered your 'oomph' and your mojo?

How amazing would it be if you woke feeling refreshed each morning?
I get it, that feeling of waking up in the morning feeling just as tired as when I went to be. Maybe you wake in the night, maybe you just can't switch off fully. It doesn't have to be like that.
What would change if you could refind your direction and drive?
Those low level feelings of nebulous anxiety are real. And they really sap motivation. What if I were to explain that there might be something driving that 'feeling of impending doom', and that you can do something about it.
What would you be able to do if you didn't feel bone tired every evening?
Is simply getting through the day sapping your ability and desire to do what you enjoy doing in the evening? There are ways to minimise the later afternoon energy crash.

Did you know that in Eastern traditions, perimenopause is not recognised as a condition to be cured. It is approached as an imbalance in the body's energy systems, which results in negative experiences such as hot flashes, brain fog, poor sleep, aches and pains, and all those other things that modern science is only just beginning to understand are due to hormonal changes.
Balancing our internal energy is beneficial to women of all ages, not just those who are stepping through the threshhold to their 'Second Spring'. This is a transition to the phase of life beyond the fertile years, it is about stepping into your power and wisdom for the most exciting third of life.
This unique short programme combines ancient wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qi Gong with modern science, to take a body and mind approach to wellness.
The combination of elements of Qi Gong practice for movement and breathwork, modern nutrition science to create a meal plan and the contemporary practices of guided mediation and journalling address both the physical and emotional aspects of perimenopause, as I believe the two are firmly entwined. This short programme is a brief introduction to this new approach, and I am inviting you to take part at an introductory price of £47.
Come and join me in a taster in learning some simple practices to set you on a journey towards balanced hormones and consistent energy levels.
